Just 15 minutes or so from Tenerife’s southern airport, Los Abrigos is a lovely, sleepy little village on the coast just a few minutes from Tenerife South airport.
Los Abrigos has its own volcanic beach, natural sea pools and it’s well connected to do outdoor activities like yoga, kitesurfing, climbing, diving….
A paradise for seafood and fish lovers, lots of lovely restaurants line the pretty harbour and are the perfect place to sample local dishes.

Close to the center, the town has managed to steer clear of that mass tourism feel. Visitors can still smell the authentic Canarian culture lingering in the air, from its friendly people to its quaint local bars.
“La Ballena” is perfect for travelers looking for complete R&R that’s hard to find in the neighboring towns.
